Good Vibes
I believe capturing a musical performance on a meticulously maintained Studer A80 16-track analog deck is the only way to record. I love that there’s no video screen to take your attention away from listening to the music. Once the music has been laid down on tape it’s then transferred into the DAW at high resolution for any additional overdubs, final editing, and mixing.
